Not eligible:

When does my 30-day period start?
Under the Satisfaction Guarantee, your 30-day period starts the day you activate your subscription in the BoT Talk app. Under the Standard Return Policy (unused & unopened), the 30-day period starts from delivery.
Do I have to give a reason for my refund?
No. We'll ask for feedback because it helps us make BoT Talk better, but your refund doesn't depend on the answer.
What if I activated my plan but haven't used the device much?
That's completely fine. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is there so you can decide at your own pace.
What if I received my device but haven't opened the box?
You're covered by our Standard Return Policy. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund on the device. The box must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
I bought on Amazon — can you help me?
Yes. Just contact support@bot.app and we'll take care of it.
1-Year Limited Warranty (Defects)
BoT Talk devices and accessories include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace any item with a manufacturing defect free of charge.
Not covered:
Loss, water exposure, drops, misuse, or physical damage.
