30-Day Return Policy (Refunds)

We accept returns for items purchased from our official store within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:
Your item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

How to Request a Return or Support

If you would like to request a return or need technical assistance, please contact us directly through the BoT app. This helps us verify your account details quickly.

Steps to contact us:

  1. Log in to the BoT app.
  2. Tap the icon on the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select “Contact us here” → “Contact us by email.”

1-Year Limited Warranty (Defects)

BoT Talk devices and accessories include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace any item with a manufacturing defect free of charge.

Not covered:
Loss, water exposure, drops, misuse, or physical damage.

BoT Talk Subscription Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if the device is returned.

Returning a device does not automatically cancel your subscription.
You must cancel the plan yourself by following the steps in:
